Policies

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

All appointments must be booked online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of 50% of the booked service price.

We understand life happens — if you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure every client receives full, quality service.

Lash Extensions

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes
• Avoid waterproof mascara for 24 hours before your appointment
• After: Avoid water for 24 hours, no oil-based products near eyes
• Clean daily with lash bath and brush gently with a spoolie

Permanent Cosmetics

• Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and caffeine 24 hours before
• After: Keep area clean and dry, apply aftercare ointment as directed
• Avoid sun exposure, swimming, and heavy sweating during healing
• A touch-up appointment is included 6-8 weeks after initial service

Facials

• Arrive with a clean face, free of heavy makeup
• After: Avoid heavy products, direct sun, and excessive sweating for 24 hours
• Apply SPF daily to protect your refreshed skin
